The DG series grippers prevents slipping due to the threaded nail structure in the holders.
Thanks to this finger structure, the robot improves the running performance and contributes to minimizing the downtime
It also has 1.5 times more gripping force than comparable products of different companies

The use of magnetic proximity sensors is to be avoided in the vicinity of large masses of ferromagnetic material or intense magnetic fields as this may cause detection problem

 

 

 

The DG series grippers except for DGU type can be used in two different ways, as a with or without sensors , If the grippers need to be used with the sensor, the sensor can be applied by tightening the fixing screw to the sensor channel

Sensor mounting

•Place the sensor in the sensor channel

•Adjust the sensor distance.

•Fixing it by tightening the screw on the finger.

•DGU 000 Sensor application is not possible in the universal grippers.

The sensor can be easily assembled with a 2.5 key wrench and M3 connection screw.
